When you logon you may be required to change your password. You will have the option of changing your password and your Image and Challenge questions. If you want to change your password only, DO NOT HIT RESET at the bottom of the page. Once you have changed your password and it states "YOUR PASSWORD HAS BEEN CHANGED", Click on Logout on the top right hand side, then click Login and use your new password. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD EVERY 6 MONTHS. If you have any questions, Please give us a call.

If you have a Emerald Bank Debit Card and are headed out of the local area, give us a call to let us know. One of the ways we protect you is to block suspicious transactions, including unexpected out-of-town purchases and all foreign country transactions. If you are traveling out of the country or need to make an online transaction located out of the country, let us know so we can allow foreign transactions on your card.
